
The first thing to check is whether you have the document formatted for A4 paper but are actually printing on letter-sized paper. There are a number of things you can check, any of which could be causing the problem. It's almost as if the background is set to transparent, but I don't see a setting for this. I can't figure out why this overlaid blue w/ white text box cuts off like this.
